Received his bachelor of science in exercise Physiology from Montclair State University. Then he spent a few years As a personal trainer Before he attended the life University in Marietta Georgia to earn his Doctorate in chiropractic.
Clarvin Ombajin - Physical Therapist
Clarvin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical therapy from Velez College - Philippines. He is a licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey. He’s been working in an outpatient setting in northern New Jersey for 20 years with expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopedic cases. He provides skilled, effective and compassionate care with emphasis on “hands on” techniques. Clarvin is presently living in Elmwood Park. He is happily married for 18 years and blessed with three children.
Bertha Lema - Massage Therapist
Bertha is our licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from American Institute in Clifton, NJ. Bertha provides Swedish massage, medium massage, and prenatal massage in a one-on-one setting. She poses a pleasing personality with a lot of enthusiasm and energy that motivates our patients to get better. Bertha was born in Ecuador and she also speaks Spanish fluently.
Kathleen Toxqui - Massage Therapist
Kathleen is our licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from Fortis Institute where she was able to learn how to apply her hands-on experience, education, and strong work ethic in Premier Choice Physical Therapy. Kathleen provides Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, and deep tissue. Kathleen was born in New Jersey and is bilingual.

Soribel is our Front Desk Assistant Manager who oversees insurance pre-authorizations and verifications, patient scheduling, and billing. She attended Hackensack High School and presently attending Bergen Community College to pursue her studies in Nursing. She is also very warm and accommodating to our patients every day. She was born in Dominican Republic and she speaks Spanish fluently.

David is our business manager and office administrator who runs the company’s day to day operations. He's had been in the medical field for 12 year in the surgical center administrating and coordinating with patients. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with our patients insurance issues.
